Create a collective of medical professionals committed to mentoring black men from Hampton Roads and providing them with the guidance and blueprint they need to become successful physicians and leaders.

The mission of the Hampton Roads Medical Scholars Institute is to reach, teach and assist black males from Hampton Roads in successfully matriculating into medical school.
